Sperry’s Restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs, just 2 blocks off Broadway at 301/2 Caroline Street.

Parking is conveniently located throughout downtown. Street parking is available on both sides of Broadway
and on most side streets, including Caroline Street. When looking for street parking for Sperry’s please
remember that parking tends to be more plentiful if you just continue a block or so east on Caroline Street away from Broadway.

PARKING LOTS:

NEW 4-story parking garage on Woodlawn Avenue.
This new parking lot offers approximately 450 spots and is located 1 block off Broadway to provide
easy access to the heart of the downtown district.

A parking garage and lot located on Spring and Putnam streets provide easy access to Congress Park as well as
to the shops and businesses located on Phila Street, Caroline Street, and Maple Avenue areas.

A parking garage located just off Church Street on Walton, and a parking lot located on Broadway, between the
Collamer Building and Algonquin Building are located with easy access to City Hall, the Post Office and shops
and businesses located on the northern end of Broadway and side streets nearby, including Caroline Street.
When parking, please be aware of all posted signs. While some lots may allow all day parking, many lots and
parking areas are limited to two hours during certain hours.

In addition, on certain dates during the racing season, the Saratogian newspaper parking lot (located directly
opposite Sperry’s) will have parking available at $10 per car; with proceeds going to a designated not-for-profit
